After a day of enjoying Stowe Park, shops, restaurants, coffee, and more, stroll back to Belmont Bliss and relax in the living room, or snuggle up in one of the plush beds and get some well-deserved rest. Minutes to Belmont Abbey, CLT Airport, and the Whitewater Center, in a safe, friendly town full of Southern charm. Follow your Bliss!

Three steps up to the front door opens into the main living area featuring a fully stocked kitchen, counter height island with seating, and the living room. Laundry room and detergent, iron and clothes steamer. Full length mirror. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and TV with a small walk-in closet and attached bathroom has a bathtub+shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, closet, and a workspace with a comfortable office chair and an extra monitor that can be used with most laptops. The hallway bathroom features a large stand up shower. Queen air mattress available for extra guests.
Traveling with kids? We’ve got you covered with baby and kid essentials. Pac n play with sheets, bassinet, changing table. High chair & baby bath. Kids dinnerware and board games. Coffee and creamer for the adults.

Leave used beds unmade. Leave used towels in the bathrooms (or bin in laundry room).
Set the thermostat to 69. That’s it! Leave the rest to us.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not remove anything that does not belong to you.
Accidents happen. Please let us know about any maintenance issues or incidents so we can fix them before the next guests arrive.
No smoking in the house. If smoking occurs there will be a $300 fee + lost revenue for any subsequent days we can’t host. (Min 3 days)

Great place. Walking distance to everything in downtown Belmont. The kitchen was well equipped and we generally at at the house for breakfast and lunch. The bed was very comfortable. I worked all week so I very much appreciated the desk in one of the bedrooms with a monitor available. It allowed me to use 2 screens (laptop and monitor from the house). While I did not have to use them, there were even a couple computer chargers in various configuration in case you forgot yours. Thanks for a great stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Welcome to Belmont! I’m an avid explorer of the Carolinas, and I moved to this neighborhood for its incredible access to the water and the trails. Between the Catawba River, Lake Wylie, and the nearby Whitewater Center, there's always something to do outdoors. I’ve curated my space to be the perfect home base for travelers who want to experience the natural beauty of North Carolina with a cozy place to return to at night. Widely considered one of the best-kept secrets of the Charlotte metro area. It’s a town that manages to feel like a "hallmark movie" set while being just a 15-minute drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Uptown Charlotte.

The Scene
Belmont is defined by its historic preservation and waterfront access. Unlike many suburbs that feel like sprawling strip malls, Belmont has a distinct "soul" centered around its downtown. You’ll see red-brick sidewalks, towering oak trees, and beautifully restored textile-mill-era architecture. The vibe is a mix of "Mayberry" nostalgia and "thriving college town" (thanks to Belmont Abbey College).
