Cozy Catawba Home

Friends, families, and loved ones can relax in this 3 bedroom 2 bath home only minutes from Belmont, the Catawba river, CLT, and the US national whitewater center.
Enjoy the spacious deck, tall ivy-covered trees, and still have convenient access to Charlotte’s city center. ** please note, the maps overview that indicates it’s walking distance from the river / whitewater center is incorrect. Roughly 10-15 minute drive to those locations**

Additionally, I do not allow the space to be rented out for parties. It is a neighborhood, and I want to be respectful of neighbors. Single-night stays will need to be discussed please!

This property was just as described, and exactly what we were looking for. It is about a 10 minute drive to the White Water center, which is what we were in town to do. A very comfortable, cozy place to stay and a great alternative to a hotel.

This was by far the best house for a vacation I have ever been in. It was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed only thing I will say is its in the cut where there are woods and lots of trees so just beware of insects outside but that is also listed in description

I quiet street, nicely decorated, and easy access to the Whitewater Center and downtown. Just know that the third bed is an unfolding couch... We didn't pay enough attention to the description to realize. We'd stay here again if ever back in town.

Such a lovely place to stay! We really enjoyed this adorable home. It was convenient, close to downtown but in a quiet area. The interior was clean, modern, and well-designed. Host was very helpful. We had everything we needed for our stay and would happily stay again if we are in the area.

This was the most comfortable stay I've ever had in a vrbo. I can't say enough good things about the house! It was so clean and stocked with everything I could possibly need. The location was quiet and convenient to everything I wanted to do. Perfect communication as well, and I had zero issues with anything. Will absolutely look to stay here again next time I'm in the area
