We had an amazing trip in this luxurious cabin. Everyone had a blast. Wish we could have stayed longer. The owner was amazing and answered all of our concerns. You gotta go visit it’s just amazing.
it was a great time and we all really enjoyed the entire experience being there was a blast kids had fun hot tubb was awsome definitely looking forward to our next visit
The cabin was very clean and stock when we arrived, Jim responded immediately to all my messages. Hot tub, kitchen and pool table was the best 7 adults, 3 kids, these items sure can in handy. Very peaceful, wind down place to stay
The host was great at communications and very accommodating with our requests. We had a great time. We were a hiking group of 10 women so a few more folding chairs to put around the table would have been nice but we made do. Not sure I would recommend the futon for an adult but a child wouldn't have any problem with it. The driveway is a little tricky. All in all I would recommend this property, it is close to where we wanted to go and is a beautiful cabin plus there were activities in house for the rainy morning we had. Jim really was a great host.
The cabin was really nice with a billiards table and corn hole and plenty of rooms for guests. No fire pit or outdoor area to have yard games was the only downside to the cabin for us. But overall a nice place to stay if you plan to go hiking or kayaking. It's in a good location that's not too far from the trails or the rivers.
We loved the cabin,! It was clean and comfortable, and the price was good. The only thing I would change would be the fire pit which was way too close to the parking area and sitting on the hill.. for this trip it was a little too warm for a fire, but if we came back in November, we would want to be able to sit around a fire and I understand there’s not a whole lot of place for one there on the mountain, but I would look at some possibility….Thanks! It’s a great cabin!Terri relationship
We stayed there to ride our Jeeps on the DBBB trails. It was a good location to make day trips and come back and hang out with friends. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
Old wood, really old hot tub and no useable fire pit
Stayed 3 nights in May 2026

The cabin is 20 years old made from solid logs. The hot tub is only a couple of years old, but the lid is battered from guest use, as is usual in a rental. We've wanted to relocate the fire pit, but there is no better spot for it considering the wooded area around it.
The cabin was well located. I enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and overall atmosphere. The driveway was steep but nothing my truck could not handle. Nothing fancy but neither am I.
Perfect location close to everything in the red river Gorge. The owner is delightful, and the cabin was very clean and comfortable. Fair warning, the driveway is a bit of a challenge, but I got pretty good at backing down it after some practice. Great place for family to stay, plenty of room for everybody.
