The holiday home is situated in a quiet location near the dyke. The cul-de-sac location offers a quiet environment for your time out. The beach, local gastronomy (restaurants/cafés and pubs), grocery stores, leisure facilities and bike hire stations are all within walking distance (300 to 700 metres). You can reach tourist destinations and larger shopping facilities by public transport.
The holiday home has approx. 100 square metres of feel-good space. On the ground floor (approx. 65 square metres) you will find a modern living and kitchen area. The leather corner sofa and the leather armchair with large flatscreen TV invite you to relax. The fireplace provides cosy warmth in the cooler seasons. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. The 2 metre wide double bed with access to one of the two terraces ensures a relaxing night's sleep. In the bathroom with shower and WC you will also find a washing machine and tumble dryer. You will find space for your utensils in the storage room. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a 2m wide double bed, a children's room with 2 single beds (0.90 m wide) and the guest WC. Important note: Please note that charging your electric car via the house electricity is not included in the rental price. If you still wish to use the public "petrol pumps", we will charge you a flat rate. We are all aware that charging processes can cause major damage to the building infrastructure.
The holiday home is detached, partially fenced or surrounded by hedges and has a parking area with space for 2 vehicles. The spacious, enclosed outdoor area with barbecue and 2 terraces invites you to socialise and barbecue.
The garden furniture is modern and ample so that additional guests can be invited.
The sister house next door also offers an alternative with 6 beds and a shared stay for larger groups.
Free internet is available. The layout of the house with its bedrooms is not completely barrier-free, but offers young and old a pleasant stay.
Supermarket, restaurants/cafés and pubs can be found within 300 to 500 metres. The beach is approx. 700 metres away (as the crow flies). Leisure facilities are available in the region even in moderate weather conditions. The bicycle hire companies in Neßmersiel ensure agility and mobility. You can travel to the coastal towns in the region by public transport. Many farms invite you to visit or buy regional products. Neßmersiel invites you to relax and offers the opportunity to concentrate on the essentials such as peace, health and family. Urban hustle and bustle is not available.
