Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following: • Remove all perishable items • Take out the trash • Wash and put away all used dishes.
• Strip linens from all used beds • Place all used linens and towels in a pile • Ensure the AC/Heater is turned off • Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
• Close and lock all windows and doors including window blinds • Return key to lockbox • Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Midway point (about 35-40min drive) to go to Indian Wells and Joshua Tree. Our kids enjoyed the spacious accomodations. We felt fortunate to have reserved during a popular season. Clean and quiet location. We hope we can stay again.
