Located within the Bonnie Oaks Historic District this 1870s Log House accommodates four guests and combines preserved historic character with essential modern features such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heat, and reliable utilities. Sleeping arrangements include an upstairs space with 1 king bed and 1 mini crib. In a separate bedroom on the first floor, 1 trundle bed that can be used as up to 2 twins or converted to be 1 king. In addition to the entire building, guests also benefit from on-site amenities. The property is steeped in history and includes 72 acres of expansive nature trails, wildlife viewing opportunities, a meadow, Neenah Creek access, and complimentary kayak use. All of this while still being conveniently located near major destinations: 20 minutes to Wisconsin Dells, 15 minutes from Historic Portage, 25 minutes to Devil’s Lake State Park, 30 minutes from Devil's Head, and 45 minutes to Madison.

Spanning 72 acres, Bonnie Oaks offers expansive wooded trails, a meadow, access to kayaks on Neenah Creek, opportunities to view wildlife, and a lovingly restored vineyard. Guests are invited to slow down, explore, and immerse themselves in everything the land has to offer while enjoying a quieter, richer way to stay. My family and I live on the grounds in the Main House. I am happy to provide complete privacy for a fully independent stay, or to share property insights and local recommendations if desired. Every guest experience is unique, and it’s my goal to make each stay truly special. My hope is that your time here is peaceful, memorable, and enchanting.
