We own and operate a few short-term rentals. The first two are in the South Bend area. We originally fell in love with the area when visiting it frequently when our children were playing hockey. After launching these, we learned how much we enjoy hosting and decided to add a lake property.

This is a convenient location that is less than 1 mile from ND and very close to Memorial hospital as well.
