I didn’t get to stay at the property. It was canceled the day I was checking in. No one communicated with me until I went to check in. Plus, it took 7 hours to get resolved. You shouldn’t have asked me to review.

Yes, you didn’t stay at our rental due to a double booking problem that Vrbo.com software was having at the time of your booking. Your booking was a same-day rental and we contacted you 30 mins after your booking. This small iusse was explained to you and you agreed to getting your refund back for your purchase.
