Make yourself at home in this top floor luxury 4 bedroom condo set in the heart of River Run Village, only a 2 minute walk to the new high speed gondola! This nicely decorated condo has a huge floor plan and is set over 2 floors on the top level of the Mill Creek building. Enter through the large living room which features a roaring gas fireplace and a new flat screen TV. The leather sofa pulls out to a queen size bed to sleep 2 additional people. The private balcony has views of River Run Village, and it even has heated floors for those snowy winter days! 

The gorgeous and well appointed kitchen is the largest in all of River Run Village. Beautiful custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range are sure to make any chef feel right at home. Serve up to 8 people at the unique hand crafted dining room table, with 2  additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is even a private washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. There is a private balcony and entrance with views of River Run Village and mountain peaks. The en suite primary bathroom features double sinks, a walk in steam shower, and a 2 person whirlpool tub. The first guest bedroom is on the main floor, and features a queen sized bed and a flat screen TV.  The second guest bedroom is on the second floor and features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, private balcony entrance, and an en suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. The third guest bedroom is on the second floor and features a twin over queen bunk bed with an en suite bathroom. 

The Mill Creek building has gorgeous ski slope views, a short walk to the gondola, and there is even a private boot warmer directly out of your front door! Take advantage of the convenience of this amazing property in the heart of River Run Village and enjoy the vast amounts of restaurants, shopping, and festivals.

Convenient and easy to get to the slopes. A little tricky to find the entrance from the garage(is really easy, we just didn't know! ). Condo was very nice and worked well fir two families since each bedroom upstairs had its own bathroom

What an amazing property! It is cozy and welcoming and in the center of town. Only two issues is the home is actually above a ski shop and there are two flights of stairs to get to the home- and they were doing construction so it was dusty and loud and the dryer takes three or four cycles to dry clothes. But the location was perfect and beds cozy and place clean so four stars!

Came for skiing, pretty good location. Rented gear from Norski downstairs- loved the convenience. Easy walk past/through ski village to River Run gondola 7-8 mins. Property perfect for our group of 10, covered parking on bottom. Two flights of stairs from garage to main floor of condo- not a problem, just be aware. Would def stay here again.

Spacious home for friends getaway

Quick walk to Keystone village, lifts and restaurants. (Even closer walk to shuttles to Breckenridge!) Rental shop below was very convenient and professional.The condo was fantastic and spacious. Great linens for showers. 5 adults had plenty of room and privacy. Bathrooms were clean. Like all mountain homes you must keep the humidifiers going. The only flaw…no one should be on the top bunk in the kids room. The heat rising (we kept windows open in March) was to strong.

It was ok, little hard to find. Number not on building. Parking is in the back, so it needs to be clear. Spent about 20 minutes trying to locate the space.Needs a pizza cutter and rolling pin. More plastic glasses for kids would be helpful. Was a little hit in rooms but we found a couple fans to help circulate the air.

Convenient to River Run

Unfortunately there is no hot tub on the premises or in the unit as was implied in the listing. The condo is needs dry wall repair in the main bathroom, baseboard trim is falling off in the main floor. The manager does not use texting except through the app. 2 minute walk to gondola is a bit of an exaggeration.

Ski Condo - Great lift access!

Overall, our family had a wonderful time. The condo fit our family of 9 (plus a baby) perfectly. We loved the location. It is close to the gondola/lift and main village. The home has radiant heat from the floors which is a great added bonus and made the entire place feel cozy. The living, dining, and kitchen area are spacious and accommodated all of us well.The property could use a little TLC when it comes to a few blinds, light switches, and ski locker. While the kitchen was well stocked, we could have benefited from some oven mitts, a casserole type dish, and a few basic cleaning supplies (mop, dish towels, wipes). We also weren't able to find a place to recycle despite the listing.We would definitely stay here again! The check-in/out process was easy and management was very responsive. I would also recommend renting equipment from the business downstairs. Great family vacation!

Supper convenient to be above the ski rental shop and very close to the lifts at River Run. Very short walk to the market for anything we needed - everything was convenient... Fireplace did not really work...

Too many shortcuts

Upon arrival, heating was turned off and condo temperature was 60 degrees. Condo is above a ski shop that plays music. From parking space, bedrooms are three flights up, without an elevator, without luggage carts. Condo was generally not clean. Had to wash silverware and plates. Parking is outdoors under a roof too low to accommodate a Toyota Highlander with a ski box. Very overpriced.

Great Condo, Great Location!

We just returned from our vacation to Keystone for Christmas and stayed at this condo. It was a great place to stay! It was very clean and fresh when we arrived. There was enough room for our family -- children and grandchildren. It is located near shopping, gondola, and bus stops. Even though it sits right above a ski shop, there was hardly any noticeable noise in the condo. The views were nice, the beds comfortable, and every bedroom has its own bathroom. The master bedroom is especially nice. The customer service was very good, too. My only warning would be to make sure you can navigate stairs. We would definitely recommend!

Vacation Bliss!

The scenery and setting is ideal for any season! We just stayed a couple nights in August and enjoyed the short walk to Starbucks and restaurants as well as the proximity to the bike trail to ride down to Dillon lake. The accommodations were very comfortable, clean and cozy!
