Discover the beauty of Lake Wawasee from this 3-bedroom channel front retreat. Inside, guests find a wonderful mix of comfort and style, with a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed spread across the bedrooms. The living room offers an extra pull out queen bed, perfect for additional guests or relaxing evenings. Two bathrooms feature refreshing showers and handy hair dryers. Whether you’re cooling off or warming up, the house keeps you comfortable with air conditioning and heating. Out back, you’re sure to enjoy our dining area and gas grill for lake side dining. Our fire pit is a great spot to enjoy S’mores when you bring your own firewood. The basement offers up ping pong, a dart board and games for the entire family.
It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our home and enjoy a fantastic stay.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave linens on beds, start a load of towels in the washer, clean used dishes and load in dishwasher, switch off lights, place garbage in bin, lock doors and replace items to original location.
If renting the pontoon, please cover, remove all trash and personal belongings and fill the gas tank to avoid additional charges.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Was a great spot to have some friends over and enjoy the lake. It sits on a canal connected to the main lake. We rented the pontoon while not brand new is very effective at getting you out to lake for some fishing and driving around. Would stay again!
