Hi Candice, it appears that you liked the house from your comments on how nice the layout is and that the property is well stocked. There was no hair found on the master bed after your departure. You were the first guest since this property has been converted to a rental and there have not been any pets in the property since the new owners purchased this property. Hi Rachel, thank you for staying with Grand Life Vacation Rentals and for the review. We're glad you enjoyed your time on Grand Lake. We take cleanliness seriously, which is why our rental agreement asks guests to contact us right away if anything falls short of 5-star standards, so we can fix it during the stay. We were sorry not to hear from you, as we would have gladly sent our team back out. Our records also show our cleaning team inspected the home the same day, just before your arrival, so we were surprised to read about the webs and the snail. Lakeside homes do see the occasional outdoor visitor, but we'd always want the chance to address it in the moment. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back to the lake.
