This newly remodeled 1 bedroom condo is located in the heart of Port Aransas on beautiful Mustang Island. The second you enter, you will start enjoying your unforgettable view!
The kitchen has all new appliances, cabinetry and granite counter tops with plenty of cook ware for your chef. The dining table is tall for viewing over the balcony railing as you dine. The sofa is brand new with a pull-out queen-sized bed. There is an adjustable TV in the living area that can be turned for viewing in the kitchen, dining and living areas. The bedroom has a King-sized mattress and new furnishings(very comfy) and a VERY large TV . The bathroom has a soaker tub and removable shower head. There are two vanities, one in the bedroom and one in the bath.
There are tall chairs on your private balcony for your birds eye view of the Lydia Ann ship channel, the Horace Caldwell pier and of course the Gulf of Mexico. You will enjoy spectacular sunrises, watching ships and boats as they glide through the channel, and all of the action at the pier which is the hot spot for surfers and kite boarders and is lighted at night for the avid fisherman.
The complex itself has a large pool that is heated in the cooler months and a large whirlpool hot tub. There is a shaded lanai, and a spacious sundeck.
