The townhouse is conveniently situated right beside the clubhouse, eliminating the need for a drive to access the playground or pool, as they are just a few steps away. A beautifully furnished 3-bedroom and 2.5-bathroom smoke-free, pet-free vacation townhome is available just minutes away from Disney. The remodeled downstairs area features granite countertops in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for family dinner time.

Our short-term rental units stand out by offering a complimentary gate pass, with no extra fees for parking or clubhouse access.

Accommodates a total of eight people, including a sleeper sofa on the lower level. The master bedroom is spacious with a King size bed, and it is equipped with Flat Screen Cable TV and has an en-suite bathroom and vanity unit. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and benefits from a Flat Screen cable TV. The third bedroom is also furnished with Twin beds and also has a Flat Screen cable TV. Every bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan to enhance guest comfort.

The second bathroom is situated between the second & third bedroom.

EMERALD ISLAND RESORT Amenities:

At the clubhouse enjoy the Two Large Pools, Whirlpool, Sauna, Fitness Center Cyber Cafe and the Pool Side Tiki Bar. The Basketball half-courts and VolleyBall Courts. There is a Tennis Center Excellent golf 10 minutes away at the Orange Lake Country Club. We provide putters and golf balls for the miniature golf course right behind the townhouse.

Shops and restaurants are close by. The Cross Road is SR 192 and Formosa Gardens. Between Disney Marker # 4 & 5

Go to Universal Studio 25 minutes away or Disney is 10 minutes away or stay in the Resort to relax.

What stood out to me was the great condition the townhouse was in. I stayed at Emerald Island in the past with really non functioning appliances. This had a great cook top, new microwave and new refrigerator. Oh, and new washer and dryer. Its convenience to the clubhouse and pool was great. It stayed quiet all day. The host was very helpful in settling in.

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious and a very nice area The pool, small park for the children and mini golf course or right behind the property. The communication with the property owner was great checking in was easy. Overall we had an amazing time at this property.

We stayed here for a cheer competition/disney. 2 adults and 2 children, age 12. Location to Disney and espn great. Check in process and neighborhood great. Extremely close to stores/restaurants. Location to pool great. 2 story, only one AC unit, so upstairs does not stay cool enough. There were 2 fans in one closet, one didn’t work and one isn’t nearly enough. Even with continuous use of ceiling fans it still does not stay cool enough. Shower curtains need to be replaced, dusting upstairs behind bed and nightstands needed. New bedding needed. Deep cleaning of base boards needed. No ice trays or ice maker. Washer and dryer was very helpful and convenient.

Decent place to stay with your family

The property was spacious enough to accommodate my family comfortably. However, a few maintenance issues should be addressed before it is ready for the next guests. These included minor concerns such as clogged basins and tubs, the absence of extra trash bags, and a lack of additional paper towels. Overall, it was a decent and satisfactory stay. The host was exceptionally responsive and readily available to answer calls at any time.

Great Stay for a Family

Overall we were thrilled with the property. It was as presented in the listing, well stocked, and conveniently located to all things Disney. Some minor misses on cleanliness, but nothing to be concerned about, just normal wear and tear. The gate access pass made coming and going easy. Would definitely recommend this property to families looking for a quiet atmosphere with all the perks of home!

Great Stay! Great Location! Great Value!

We definitely enjoyed our stay in this little townhome. Here are some pros: It’s close to Disney. It was very comfortable. We had movie night twice during our stay. It is very well equipped. Plenty of toilet paper and towels, Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies including a microwave & air fryer. Also has a fridge, freezer, & ice maker. Smart TV and TVs with several channels in every room. We enjoyed this aspect. Clean & Sanitized bathrooms. Smelled good. Easy check in, checked in with security and was given a gate pass. Privacy, we felt at home. Value (we wanted to save money for parks instead of our stay and the price is right with this rental). Cons: Property is a little dated but clearly well maintained. The pool area could use some TLC but definitely okay for a basic swim.

There were only 3 of us so we had plenty of space to spread out. They have every kitchen appliance and all the linens you could possibly want. The community pool was shallow so a bit warm in July, but my youngest still enjoyed it.

Everything was amazing from the stay to the private gated areas. The house we stayed in had everything to use including a crockpot and an air fryer so meals were much easier to make so you could enjoy your day out! 10/10

Cheer competition

We stayed here during my daughters cheer competition and it was wonderful. Perfectly located to meet with her gym at the meet location and ESPN. Owner was very responsive to my messages and very generous to my requests. The pool out back was the icing on the cake for us! I will definitely plan to stay again!!

Great location, great host

This unit was ideal for using the communal pool, basically in our backyard, very convenient. We loved how close this rental was to Disney and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms had plenty of room for suitcases and clothing. The host was very communicative which made for an easy check in and check out process.
