Renovated in 2014, the 60 m² holiday home is located in a quiet, traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. This makes the holiday home perfect for families with children, but also for all guests with four-legged companions.
There are two terraces with garden furniture available. Parking is available in and in front of the lockable garage, for which there is no extra charge. Guests are also welcome to store their own bicycles there during their stay. A handcart and sand toys are also available to guests at no extra cost.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a new kitchen with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and much more. The living/dining room with TV, CD player and radio is also on the ground floor, as is the new guest WC. On the second floor there is a new bathroom with hairdryer and washing machine. There is also the master bedroom with new furniture and a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), as well as the children's room with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m). There is electric heating in all rooms, which provides a cosy warmth. There are some games and books for children in the house.
The holiday home is only one kilometre from the beach and harbour. Shopping facilities and localities are in the immediate vicinity.
The holiday home is a completely non-smoking house and is only suitable for sensible tenants. So that your holiday can begin without stress, you will find a small amount of basic equipment in the holiday home. This includes the following items: Coffee and coffee filters, tea, sugar, flour, a small selection of spices, good vinegar and oil, as well as kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, tea towels and dishcloths, as well as toilet paper and toilet cleaner. The landlord is available on site and lives on the same property in the neighbouring semi-detached house. So nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday. Special note: Dog owners are very welcome with their four-legged friends. However, as there are no utensils for four-legged friends in the house, you must bring your own from home. Out of consideration for other tenants, the beds are not to be used as dog beds under any circumstances. The landlord kindly asks for your understanding and compliance.
