Enjoy direct canal access with a private dock—guests may tie up their boat (boat lift not available)—making it easy to explore Marco Island’s waterways, beaches, and nearby Gulf waters.



Spend your days lounging by the saltwater, heated pool, or entertaining in the outdoor kitchen with gas grill, ideal for sunset dinners and laid-back evenings. The home is thoughtfully stocked for beach lovers, including 7 beach chairs, a beach lounger, beach cart, cooler, beach toys, and a beach mat—just bring your sunscreen. PLEASE NOTE: the hot tub is not available for use.



Inside, you’ll find a comfortable, open layout designed for vacation living, with plenty of space for families or couples traveling together. After a day on the water or at the beach, unwind in this peaceful island retreat.
