Downstairs:
Step into a beautiful entry that opens to a cozy seating area, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The dining area features a table for 8 plus 4 barstools at the kitchen island. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large group, complete with complimentary Nespresso pods, coffee grounds, and tea. Small appliances include: toaster, rice cooker, slow cooker, blender, hand mixer, tea kettle, coffee pot, Nespresso machine and milk frother.

Relax in the living area with a large sectional sofa and 85” TV, or gather for fun in the game room with a shuffleboard and selection of games. A half bath is also located on this level. For families, a baby gate is provided and a high chair can be made available upon request.

Upstairs:
The second floor includes all 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, each with a shower/bathtub—perfect for little ones. The primary and twin bedrooms both include desks, making it easy to catch up on work if needed. Every bedroom is outfitted with full-length mirrors, towel hooks, luggage racks, sound machines, and bedside phone charging access. Other amenities include: a pack n play, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, extra toothbrushes, desk speakers, small portable fan and heater.

Outside:
Outside you’ll find plenty of places to relax. A white picket fence welcomes you to the large front porch, complete with patio furniture and Adirondack chairs.

In the backyard, you’ll find a spacious deck, wine barrel tables, and a gas fire pit. This is our favorite area for hosting a get-together!

There is plenty of parking in front of the house. Or, you can choose to park in the garage/driveway located on the side of the house.

Please note that stairs are required to enter the home and there are no bedrooms on the first story.

• 10 minutes to Thunder Valley Casino/The Venue
• 20 minutes to Sleep Train Amphitheater
• 15 minutes to Galleria Mall, The Fountains and Top Golf
• 20 minutes to Bishop's Pumpkin Farm
• Central to popular wedding venues, wineries, and breweries
Please be aware that the home is located near an active train track. Sound machines are in every room to help with the noise.

Stayed with 5 friends and it was spacious enough for us to never have to fight over a spot to sit, use the bathroom and gave us a spot to chill out together. Was an easy uber to casino for a show we had tickets to and an easy walk to downtown Lincoln.

Great house! Easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. House was well appointed, everything worked, and even things some houses skimp on - towels and bedding for instance- were very nice. Good communication with host too. Will definitely stay again if/when we come back to the Lincoln area.

We were a group of 9 Adults. This home had plenty of space for all of us. Master bed was like sleeping on a cloud. One of the spare beds was pretty firm. We didn’t do any cooking. Loved the firepit and the chairs on the font porch. Would definitely rent again if in the area! Location was awesome. 2 blocks to coffee shop and downtown shops.
