-No parties or events. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 5 AM. Violations may result in removal without refund.

-No daily housekeeping. Long stays (30+ days): optional deep cleaning $350.

-Missing or damaged items: 2× replacement cost. Lost/damaged remotes: $200 each.

-Only registered guests allowed (children count). Unauthorized guests: $200 per person, per night.

-No pets. Violation: $500 per pet, per night + double cleaning fee.

-No mail/packages sent to the property. Amazon deliveries to the door are allowed.

-Filming, professional photography, or commercial use requires written approval.

-Guests must maintain property and furnishings in good order.

-Late checkout without approval: $100 per hour. Checkout: 11:00 AM.

-Exterior security cameras (front, doorbell, garage exit only). No cameras inside.

-Host not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal items. Guests assume all risk.

-Trash Pickup – Tuesday: place bins outside garage for Thursday pickup. Cleaning team handles Thursday checkouts.
