Located just a few minutes from the Balboa Pier and just a quick walk to the Fun Zone, & Balboa Island Ferry you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is miles of beach where you will find Volleyball Courts, Fire-Pits, and the occasional flag football/ultimate frisbee tournament just off to the Right.
From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 2-15 minute walk, you will never need to travel far.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is also just across the street making this home an ideal location for families. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island has it all located just a 5-minute taxi ride from the Island.

Construction Notice: Adjacent construction through Summer 2027. The City of Newport Beach allows construction to take place between 7:00 a.m. & 4:30 p.m. on weekdays with no weekend (Sat/Sun) or holiday work permitted. Rental rates have been reduced to compensate for any inconvenience.

Pet Policy This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $499 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. We had an outstanding stay in Newport Beach over spring break. The home itself was fantastic—beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. Everything was exactly as advertised and made for a perfect week at the beach with our daughter and her friend.What really stood out, though, was the management by Tower 17. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, check-in was seamless, and every detail was handled professionally. It’s easily one of the best management experiences we’ve had with a vacation rental.If you’re considering staying in Newport Beach, we would absolutely recommend booking with Tower 17. Five stars all the way.
The house was well suited for our family. It was very clean and access was as advised and worked well. The beach view is excellent, the beach and patio access are not. The sliding glass doors to the patio are broken and initially, the only way to get to the patio/beach was via the side door. When the sliding door was "fixed", it took two strong men to open and close it.. The patio and fire pit were a main attraction for us so this was very inconvenient. The ice maker was broken but the management company did bring us bagged ice. Both of these problems were know before we arrived but we were not advised of them. Without the problems, the house is lovely and perfect for being of the beach with a beautiful view.
