This place worked great for our trip to Ft. Smith for a memorial service, fly-fishing, and tour of the reservoir (BEAUTIFUL trip through that canyon: highly recommended!!). All was clean and in good order in a retro (sixties) vibe. . Didn't know how to enter unit, but fellow at a fly shop was able to help. Didn't know how to utilize music options (rather complicated, so didn't use; any chance of offering directions?). Host complied with our request to have a late check-out due to fishing in the morning the day of departure which was VERY much appreciated. Unit was very hot when we arrived and it took several hours to cool down; maybe AC could be started on low ahead of guests arrival to avoid this...
