Just a short distance off I5, the journey up puts you in a beautiful setting with a view to the Columbia River valley below. This 2 story home features 3 Bedrooms. The main floor has the primary bedroom and bathroom. The primary bath features a large two person garden tub and a giant two person walk-in shower. The lower level has a bar with two bedrooms and a recreation space. This level has a full bathroom.

Outside there is a main level covered deck with outdoor dining table and seating. There is a gas grill. The lower level has a covered patio with seating.

Full Laundry Area with Washer and Dryer and Folding Area

Level II EV Charger is available

- There are security cameras onsite. There is a front entrance doorbell camera. There is a camera monitoring the space between the house and the guest house. There is a camera that faces the view.
