The main floor has the primary bedroom and bathroom. The primary bath features a large two person garden tub and a giant two person walk-in shower. The lower level has a bar with two bedrooms and a recreation space. This level has a full bathroom.

Outside there is a main level covered deck with outdoor dining table and seating. There is a gas grill. The lower level has a covered patio with seating.
