The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house dating from 1900, in the centre of Villers-sur-Mer, opposite the church and just 200 metres from the beach.
The living room opens onto a terrace with garden furniture and onto the flat's private courtyard of around 70 m². Guests can park their vehicles in a public car park behind the house; parking spaces are also available in the streets surrounding the holiday flat.
The approx. 63 m² holiday flat was renovated in 2016 and is tastefully furnished. It consists of a 20 m² living room with dining table and fully equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms (one of which is a walk-in), a large hallway with a double sofa bed (2 x 80 cm wide), a bathroom with shower and WC and another separate WC for guests. The first bedroom has a 140cm-wide double bed, and the second, the connecting bedroom, has two 80cm-wide single beds. There is electric heating in all rooms. A wireless internet connection is also available for guests.
The holiday home is perfect for a beautiful and elegant holiday in Normandy. This typical local house, built in 1900, offers with its courtyard and terrace a pleasant starting point for excursions or days at the sandy beach, just 200 metres away. You can leave your car in complete safety, as the central location means that all the shops, cafés and restaurants are within easy reach. The nearest golf course is also just 10 minutes away. 8 km away.
