"La Corneille" 2-room vacation apartment in Caputh-Schwielowsee

Our holiday rental "La Corneille" is located on the upper level of a small cottage on the property of the owners, which was completely renovated in 2019.
The modern, high-quality apartment measures 37 square metres and features a living-dining area with a balcony, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The rental price includes bed linens, towels, utilities, and final cleaning.
Our holiday rental is rated **** according to DTV criteria.

Kitchen
The high-quality kitchenette features a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop with 4 hotplates and an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Additionally, a coffee maker and/or coffee pod machine, a kettle, and a toaster are available for use. There is an ample supply of dishes, silverware, and cooking and baking utensils.

Living/Dining Room
The living area features a large smart TV with Wi-Fi access, an internet radio with a CD player and Bluetooth, two new electric recliners with adjustable backrests and fold-out footrests, and a dining table for up to 3 people. The room is flooded with light from three sides; it has two large windows and a balcony window, all equipped with privacy and heat-protection blinds.
On the southwest-facing balcony, our guests can enjoy the evening sun.

Bedroom
The bedroom features a large box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with two separate mattresses and a full-width topper, as well as spacious closets. A travel cot and a high chair are available for small children. There is also a large smart TV and a DVD player with a small selection of films.

Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, high-quality fixtures, a towel warmer, and a large, illuminated mirror.

Sauna
Guests may use the sauna for an additional fee (€12.50 per person per day). Sauna towels and dressing gowns are included in the surcharge.

Leisure
We are happy to offer our guests two used bicycles (no e-bikes) for short bike rides in our area.
For a fee of €15.00 per day, you can rent an F2 SUP Allround 10'6'' with a dual-chamber system; two SUPs are available. Caravans for transporting the SUPs by bicycle are also provided.

A washing machine (including detergent) and a dryer are available in the utility room of the holiday rental.
Towels are changed after 7 days of use, and bed linens after 14 days. Winter and summer bedding, as well as small pillows (40x80) and a neck support pillow, are provided.

The holiday rental is centrally located. It’s a 3-minute walk to the bus stop for Potsdam or Ferch and a 5-minute walk to the Caputh-Schwielowsee train station. From there, you can reach Potsdam Central Station in 10 minutes. If you’d like to take a boat ride, you can board one of the popular excursion boats at the Weiße Flotte passenger pier, which is a 10-minute walk away. The waterfront promenade (the Caputher Gemünde) with its beach is within walking distance. There are various restaurants and cafes here. Shopping options (supermarket, bakery, flower shop), doctors, and a hair salon are nearby, as are Caputh Castle, the Stüler Church, and the tourist information office.

Hiking trails around Caputh, leading to Caputh Lake, the Lienewitz Lakes, and the Wietkiekenberg with its observation tower, start just a few metres from our holiday rental.

If you’d like to explore the other side of the Caputh estuary, you can take the cable ferry across and set out from there on cycling and hiking tours towards Potsdam, Wildpark-West, Ferch, or Werder. The ferry operates year-round without a fixed schedule.
