Our 40 sqm holiday flat is situated in a quiet location directly in the old town of Wernigerode , on the ground floor of a half-timbered house and offers enough space for 3 people . From your holiday flat you have a beautiful view of the Wernigerode castle , which is enthroned high above the city on the castle hill . Opposite the holiday flat is one of the most beautiful and oldest churches in Wernigerode , the Johanniskirche . The city centre and the train station are 5 minutes away .
A table and chairs are available in the garden area of the house , so that you can make yourself comfortable there on nice days and evenings !
The holiday flat consists of a living room with a sofa area, satellite TV and CD player for relaxing and a seating area for a nice meal . In addition, there are board games and books in the living room to keep your children entertained . In the bedroom there is a double bed (box spring bed) and a single bed . In the kitchen you will find a 2 ring hob and everything you need such as a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
