This holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a very well-kept house in quiet surroundings. The south-facing covered terrace (covered with glass) offers a view of the garden. The property, with its own park (approx. 20,000 m²), offers you plenty of space to linger. The holiday flat is over 70 m² in size and is equipped with a bright, modern kitchen including all appliances, such as a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and crockery. In the living room you can sit comfortably on a corner settee and have direct access to the terrace. Telephone, digital satellite TV (LED flat screen incl. Sky TV) and unlimited internet access are standard in the flat.
The Ottermeer (bathing lake with sandy beach, pedal boats, hiking trails etc.) is approx. two kilometres away. Various shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car. There is a bakery and a butcher's shop approx. 600 metres away. A small grocery shop can also be reached in a few minutes by bike.
Bicycles can be hired directly at the house. There is also a free safe in the flat.
