My dogs absolutely loved this big fenced in backyard and I didn’t have to worry about them running off or keeping a chain… The house itself is beautiful it seems like a new house or newly remolded. I enjoyed the huge tub in the master bedroom as well

Thank you so much for your kind review! We are so happy to hear both you and your dogs enjoyed your stay. The fenced backyard really is such a great feature for guests traveling with pets, and we love knowing your pups were able to safely enjoy the space. We’re also glad you enjoyed the home itself and were able to relax and unwind in the large soaking tub in the master bedroom. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, and we truly hope to host you all again in the future!

It was pet friendly which was nice, we had to contact them to come cut the grass which didn’t get done till Tuesday on a Saturday to Saturday booking. They didn’t give us heads up when someone was coming which was annoying and very inconsiderate especially because we had 3 dogs with us. The bathroom wasn’t clean and had hair all over the tub and shower walls. The doorknob was not attached when we got there making one room unable to be closed. While doing dishes the wood under the sink fell off onto my mom’s foot. The lights flicker, hot tub temp will only go to 99 and cools off within minutes unless the jets are running. For my long haired girls, no water pressure in the showers what so ever. They don’t provide hot tub towels and tell you to bring your own last minute. There are no blinds on any windows in the house other then bedrooms. Tub in main bathroom does not have a plug so it was only useful for a shower. Otherwise the dogs had a blast running around the yard and it was a good size.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We do sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. When the cleaning concerns and maintenance items were brought to our attention, we submitted work orders right away so they could be addressed as quickly as possible. We also appreciate you bringing the water pressure concern to our attention, as well as the comments regarding the lights, blinds, and hot tub temperature. These items were not reported during the stay, but we will absolutely have our team inspect and address them. Regarding the piece of wood beneath the sink, we were very glad to hear your mother was okay after the incident and were happy to have the piece resecured. We also apologize for the inconvenience regarding the lawn care timing. The landscaping is completed through a third-party vendor, and while we did communicate the updated arrival information we received, we understand how unexpected vendor visits can be frustrating during a vacation stay, especially while traveling with pets. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both the property and the guest experience moving forward. We are glad to hear your dogs enjoyed the yard and outdoor space during your stay, and we thank you again for choosing to stay with us.
