Beautiful riverfront home in Sevierville with river access for fishing, swimming, and viewing from. Kayak and hammocks. Just minutes away from local attractions. 3 King beds and 1 queen sofa-bed, 2 full baths, kitchen and living room. Outside you'll enjoy unparalleled river views and access. We also have a hot tub for your enjoyment. We include one adult and one youth kayak to enjoy a scenic cruise down the river thats just across the street. This property is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from the Parkway. It is the perfect spot to be close to local attractions, but not in a high traffic area where you can unwind and enjoy scenic views. Come see what made us fall in love with this area!

Great location, house was comfortable, beds were comfy as well. Kiddos loved the hot tub! Proximity to the river was awesome too! Property manager was also easily reached for questions. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We got a call the day we were arriving saying that the place had some issues and that the soonest they could get a repair person was the following morning. The new hot tub was acting up after a power surge and this was messing with some of the lights in the house.Things break. It is a bummer, but it happens.But, I very much appreciate the communication from the owner, providing me updates about repairs and providing possible alternatives to help with the situation.I was quite impressed with how fast they were able to get everything fixed and happy with how they kept us in the know with the repair plans.The place itself was as we expected from the listing, clean and in good shape. We enjoyed our stay and got to enjoy the hot tub in the end.
