Dr. Eisenbart's 4-star vacation apartment, near the city, with a private terrace and garden

We have recently renovated and modernly furnished the Dr. Eisenbart holiday rental. You enter the apartment through a separate, barrier-free entrance (2 cm threshold).

The hallway leads to the children’s room and the bathroom. The children’s bedroom is child-friendly and features a loft bed and a changing table. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a large sink. The washer-dryer is also located there.

The heart of the holiday rental is the spacious living/dining area, which is furnished with high-quality furniture, a comfortable couch, and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the dining area. From the living area, you can access the bedroom, where the box-spring bed ensures restful nights.

A large terrace with a private, fenced-in garden area and comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to relax.

Enjoy your evenings in good weather with a sausage on the gas grill, or on cooler days, relax in front of the fireplace.

-One dog up to 60 cm in height is welcome for a fee of 5€ per night. Please enquire if there are any discrepancies
-One women’s and one men’s e-bike are available for rent (€15 each per day)

-Senseo coffee maker for Senseo pods and ground coffee, including pods for your first cup of coffee upon arrival

-Refrigerator with freezer

Bedroom:

-Large double box-spring bed. The bed is made upon arrival.

Children’s room:

-Bunk bed. The beds are made upon arrival.

Bathroom:

-Large walk-in shower
-Two towels per person upon arrival
-Basic amenities including shampoo, shower gel, and soap are provided
-New washing machine with built-in dryer (for a fee)
-Ironing board and iron

Terrace/Garden:

-Seating for 4 people
-High-quality gas grill
-Sun lounger
-Umbrella
-Fenced-in private garden

The following amenities are available in the holiday rental specifically for families with children:

-Two high chairs
-Children’s dishes and cutlery
-Microwave steriliser
-Changing table
-Child safety covers on outlets that are not covered by furniture and are located below 1 m in height
-Upon request: Fire protection in front of the fireplace
-Upon request: Chicco cot for a fee of 5€/night
-Upon request: Travel cot for a fee of 5€/night
