Flat "La Batie" with a view of the water

This flat house has a total of four flats and is located in the middle of a beautiful orchard. From the balcony of the upper flat, you can look out over Beau Vallon Bay and watch the sunset. This is one of a total of two flats, one on the middle floor and one on the upper floor of the house. All flats are suitable for two adults and one child and have either a balcony or a terrace and are largely identical; the two lower flats are each smaller and can be connected with an intermediate door. These flats are listed separately here.
The facilities in the flats are of a higher standard and all have air conditioning, fans and mosquito nets over the bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, seating, a living area, television, a bathroom and a bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle. The living area has a seating area and a TV. The bedrooms each have a double bed, 1.80 x 2.00 metres. A washing machine is available in the neighbouring building. The flats are cleaned every 3 - 4 days. Towels and bed linen are provided.
From the two lower flats you have a view of the tropical garden. The garden is for communal use. Here you can pick your own fruit (papaya, mango, bananas, star fruit, passion fruit, etc.). The terrace or balcony is equipped with garden furniture.
A starter pack is already in the fridge when you arrive. The flats are cleaned approximately every two to three days. According to the landlord, nothing has ever been lost or broken into in any of the apartments. This is partly due to the secure location and partly because the owners are respected citizens of the Seychelles. Someone is always on site or lives right next door and keeps an eye on the house.
The beach is around eight minutes' walk away. It is about ten minutes to the shops. There is also a bus stop ten minutes away. You can also get discounts for island tours, diving, snorkelling trips, fishing and cruises on site. As everywhere on the island, we recommend a hire car. We can offer this at a reasonable price through our car hire company. It is recommended as it makes you more independent and allows you to get to the more remote beaches and sights and also makes it easier to get to your accommodation. Our accommodation is slightly elevated. We also offer tours to the neighbouring islands of Praslin and La Dique (possibly with an overnight stay on Praslin). This also includes ferry bookings.
