To comply with legal and building security requirements, all guests must complete verification before check-in. You may be asked to:



Provide a government-issued photo ID.

Confirm your contact information.

Provide a valid credit card matching your ID.

Complete a verification portal, and in some cases, a criminal background check.

Guests must sign a rental usage agreement outlining the terms of the stay.

Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is complete.

Damage Waiver / Security Deposit

You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.

Pets may be allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid reservation cancellation, please disclose pets in advance.



1 - 7 nights = $20 per pet per night

8 - 29 nights = $200 flat rate

30 nights or more = $300 flat rate

Maximum: 2 pets

Unauthorized pets: $500 fee

Noise monitors are installed to measure decibel levels only (they do not record conversations). Tampering will incur a fee.

Each unit receives one key fob for building access.

Security cameras are located in hallways for building safety.
