Our Tannenheim guesthouse is centrally located in the town of Schönau am Königssee, with excellent access to both private and public transport, just a ten-minute walk from the Berchtesgaden main train station. We rent out two holiday apartments on the top floor—which was completely rebuilt in 2015—featuring timelessly beautiful furnishings, thoughtful details, and identical amenities. Would you like to use the regional bus network for free? With the guest card you’ll receive upon arrival for the duration of your stay with us, that’s no problem at all. Countless excursion options will make your holiday a unique experience. Our house is the ideal starting point for this.
A magnificent view of the Watzmann Massif, Hochkalter, Schönfeldspitze, and Funtenseetauern awaits you from every window and the balcony. When you enter the attic apartment, you’ll find yourself right in the living area: the dining area is furnished with a table and chairs. The seating area, with a sofa and armchair, invites you to relax. In the kitchenette, you’ll find an induction cooktop, refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, and electric kettle—everything you need to prepare cold dishes and light hot meals. The adjoining, separate bedroom features a cosy double bed. The large closet provides ample storage space. The bathroom is also directly adjacent to the living area and is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Comfortable chairs with adjustable backrests are waiting for you on the balcony. Welcome!
