Loft apartment with a historic factory vibe

The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of a factory that used to manufacture drying equipment, dehydrators, smokehouses, and ovens for 1864-1964. The factory was completely renovated in 2011–2013 and has since been designated a cultural monument.
The apartment, available since May 2020, consists of a large 37-square-meter room, including the bathroom (due to the sloped ceilings, the usable space is more than 50 square metres). Large sloped-ceiling windows on every side let in plenty of light; they can be fully blacked out. LED lighting provides indirect illumination in the evening, and air conditioning is available.
A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table allows for self-catering. Ample closet space with drawers provides room for longer stays. A desk offers storage space. In the kitchen, you’ll find three different types of coffee with their respective brewing options: Arabic coffee, capsule coffee, and filter coffee. The colour scheme is white and grey with a few black accents.
