Walking distance to the cinema, Mt Victoria, North Head, Torpedo Bay, Cheltenham Beach and the library which has free Wi-Fi.
There is limited free street parking and paid street parking.
The studio is attached to the main house but has its own entrance, kitchenette, bathroom etc.
