Discover the beauty of Santa Fe from this 4-bedroom house which sits on 5 acres. With one king bed and three queen beds, guests find plenty of space to relax. Four bathrooms offer convenience and privacy, each featuring a refreshing shower. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying quiet moments inside, this tranquil retreat provides a tremendous setting. A great place to call homebase while you're away.
This 3200 sq.ft.open floor plan home show cases large picturesque windows throughout. A cooks delight, the gourmet kitchen provides a large prep island with stainless steel appliances, The cozy living room with wood burning kiva fireplace, baby grand piano is great for relaxing and enjoying company. In good weather the large walk out covered patio with wood burning fireplace and gas barbecue is perfect for entertaining or just having some quiet time. After a day of skiing, shopping, or site seeing, have a soak in the hot tub with a view of mountains in the day and stars at night. The master suite is equipped with a large steam sauna and free standing soaking tub for your enjoyment. Guests will have use of the large garage equipped with a ping pong table, air hockey, and a treadmill. We are located on a quiet culdesac with ample parking. During the winter this property can provide some nice sledding or snow shoeing. We are located just 12 minutes from the historic square and have easy highway access. We believe you will enjoy the special magic that Casa Colibri provides.

40th birthday getaway

Casa Colibri was the perfect getaway to celebrate a 40th birthday. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, the bathrooms sparkly clean and the outdoor deck was ideal. We would definitely return here.
