The unit itself was very nice - 5 stars. Check-in was terrible. Although there were detailed instructions we couldn’t find the lockbox for the key fob. Instructions said there was a picture of the location, but none was provided. Couldn’t find any help. Host only communicated through the app, but I needed real-time help. Instructions said there were “fobs” (plural) and two parking passes. Only one of each - inconvenient. If you go, be sure you know exactly where the lock box is located, and keep the fob with you at all times. You need it for the elevator and the garage. Don’t use the stairwell: you’ll get locked in, like our son did.
