Welcome to Sweet Sunset, a brand new, fully renovated condo on the 9th floor at Boardwalk Beach Resort in Panama City Beach with stunning Gulf views and a beautiful sugar white sandy beach. This charming coastal retreat has been professionally decorated and features a king bed for a restful night’s sleep for parents and a cozy living room with a bunk bed perfect for up to two children (each under 115 lbs.), a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and balcony with comfortable seating for adults and children to enjoy the amazing sunsets. Boardwalk Beach Resort is well-maintained with a large zero entry pool and separate kids pool/play area as well as a convenient onsite bar and grill, Under the Boardwalk. Boardwalk's location on Thomas Drive is a short drive from the best restaurants, bars, St. Andrews National Park, and Pier Park shopping and attractions. 30A/Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach attractions and ECP airport are all within a half hour drive. Whether relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this comfortable stylish condo offers a couple or young family a welcoming spot to unwind and enjoy your vacation at the beach. We also have a two bedroom/two bathroom condo (VRBO property ID 3127174) a few doors away on the same floor and a one bedroom/one bathroom efficiency on another floor (VRBO property ID 3441751). Note: Boardwalk Beach Resort Security manages the guest registration process requiring photos of ID and vehicles and a charge of $60/vehicle for parking a $7/guest for wristbands.

I’m sorry you got so upset over this. I refunded your deposit immediately and called to apologize. This condo is newly renovated and my housekeeper is thorough and keeps track of items that need to be replaced for the next guest. Mistakes can be made - not a big deal at all!
