-Always lock house doors and vehicles (especially at night time)
-Never leave food or trash outside
-Use only the bear-proof trash bins

📜 House Rules:
-A rental agreement and a security deposit hold (like a hotel) are required for booking
-No parking on the street—ample space in the driveway
