From the apartment “Atelierwohnung Concha” you can not only see and hear the sea, you are also just a few steps away from the beach of the Black Bush. The studio apartment is 60m² and can accommodate 4 people on the 2nd floor of an apartment house. From the living/dining area you have access to two balconies (east or north facing). From here you can enjoy the morning sun or see the Baltic Sea. One bedroom is furnished with double bed and another with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and underfloor heating.

You can rent a cot or a highchair via PAS.

Of course, this apartment has a W-LAN connection, which you can use free of charge.

Allergy friendly, as pets are not allowed as well as non-smoking apartment!!!

Es ist eine super schöne Wohnung. Top gelegen. Von der Wohnung aus sieht und hört man die Ostsee. Das ist natürlich herrlich. Es ist nicht unser Hauptaugenmerk, aber es wäre schon schön, wenn gelegentlich die Fenster geputzt werden würden. Ein Mückenschutz im Schlafzimmer wäre auch ganz praktisch. Aber ansonsten ist es eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Gestern sind wir zurück gekommen und hatten vergessen, den Mülleimer zu leeren. Das war uns peinlich und so riefen wir von unterwegs an, um die dort tätige >sehr nette< Mitarbeiterin zu bitten, dies für uns zu erledigen. Sehr freundlich und sagte sei dies zu, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut5 haben. Auch auf diesem Wege noch einmal herzlichen DANK! Wir werden auch im nächsten Jahr kommen.
