Incredibly responsive host! Had a minor hiccup with the initial place we had booked, and the owner was quick to shift us to another unit on the property. New place was clean and had everything we needed. (These units are close to the medical center, so if you're a light sleeper, recommend bringing earplugs or a white-noise machine with you.)
