Perfect location. Perfect getaway.

We absolutely loved this place. Easy walk to or quick uber ride to wherever you would need to go. It's the perfect location truly. But the best part hands down has to be Rose at the front desk. One of the kindest humans we have ever met and helped us with any and everything we needed. We will definitely be renting this place again if and when we return to Boston in the future.

Tub/shower water spout needed repair; should have been fixed before we rented. Property owner and maintenance manager have issues with fixing things. A/C unit from floor above leaked into unit. Shower head needs replacing. Carpet is stained. Lighting in unit is inadequate; no lights in the couch sitting area. A foam pad covers the queen-size bed mattress. The location of this condo is the reason to rent it. It’s a half mile to the Seaport, Downtown Crossing, less than a mile to the North End and North Station. The building is a converted warehouse and is dark. The unit faces an alley.

Downtown stay

This property was exactly what I needed during my stay. I am a travel nurse and have rented many places before but by far this location felt like home. It was fully furnished with all the things someone could need along with a washer and dryer! David and his wife are incredible hosts and readily available if needed. The apartment was clean and perfect distance to everything. Highly recommend renting this space!

Great location!

I stayed at David's property for two months for a Summer internship. I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood/building and David was always very easily reachable for wifi issues and questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location

We had a wonderful time during our month long stay in Boston. This property is in a wonderful location, had ample room, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and large bathroom. What we enjoyed most was being in walking distance to so many sights, such as: The Freedom Trail; The North End, so many fabulous Italian restaurants; across the beautiful greenway to the harbor, which has easy access to ferries and tours; Southport, with many bars, more restaurants, and the Boston tea party museum; There are many neighborhood taverns and eateries within steps of the front door too, we highly recommend Lilies, good food, drinks, (the white sangria is great!), good service and fun! We feel we got a great value for the money and would gladly stay here again!

Cozy, Winter Stay

We enjoyed our month-long stay at David's apartment. The blackout shades were wonderful! We slept so well. The convection stove was marvelous. We cooked many great meals. The washer/dryer were very convenient. All in all, it was a restful, quiet retreat.

Nice stay

overall, we enjoyed living and partly working from the studio. It is pretty small but has everything needed inside. The kitchen is comparatively well equipped and the nearby harborwalk a wonderful opportunity to quickly get some fresh air. The only downside is the price.

Location was incredible. Situated in close proximity to multiple desirable spots and neighborhoods, David’s place was the perfect central point and well equipped for long term stays. There’s not one thing I’d change. I’ll be back!

Stayed at the property for a two-month internship. Pictures are very accurate. Kitchen is great, bathroom is clean and the place is in a great location in downtown Boston. Dave is a great owner and is very easy to communicate with. Really enjoyed my stay.

Great stay, great location

We stayed at David’s apartment for the month of October. The apartment was even better than expected, the photos don’t do justice. The apartment is at a superb location in the center of Boston with a lot of cool sights at walking distance. David was very responsive. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The PERFECT Place for a Stay in Boston, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

Reserved this wonderful condo for my daughter as she did a month-long summer internship in the Boston financial district at a firm two blocks away. I joined her for the last 3 weeks. The best, but not the only wonderful aspect of this condo was it's location. Easy T or Uber ride from the airport. Walkable to everything - the buzz of downtown, the trendy Fort Point seaport area, Faneuil Hall-Quincy Hall-Boston Public Market and the street scene surrounding all, the historic North End with all of its amazing history AND Itailian restaurants (Bova's bakery and the original Regina's on Thacher Street are a MUST go), Boston Common and Public Garden. The Rose Kennedy Greenway was a block way with tons of activities everyday like food trucks, a lively outdoor evening tavern with music, free yoga and exercise classes (bring your own mat). The Greenway made for a wonderful stroll to South Station or the North End. The condo entrance sits between a great wine shop which had daily tastings (BRIX) and the Broadside Tavern where we stopped in more than a few times at the end of the day for their molten lava cake with ice cream dessert before retiring. A block away down Broad Street is Mr. Dooley's (another must!), an authentic Irish tavern with great inexpensive food, libations, and music nightly. The condo itself was perfect, just the right size, safe, quiet, with everything needed to make it feel like home. The bed was comfy, bedding and towels first-rate, kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking implements, strong WiFI and good cable. Washer and dryer, microwave, and dishwasher in the unit made all the difference. We went home with mostly clean clothes. David was amazing - he met my daughter at the condo when she arrived and showed her the condo and how everything. worked. There was a maintenance guy on duty at the building door Mon-Fri who was very sweet and helpful. Would stay here again in a minute! HIGHLY recommend! THANK YOU David for opening up your home in Boston for us!!!

Perfect - location and comfort

My fiance and I did a month long rental here recently. Truly amazing location, short walk to financial district, wharf, and north end. So much going on nearby and easy walk to several train stations. The condo itself was great too. Good sized kitchen, all the basics to stay in and cook. Big bathroom, washer/dryer too. Clean, comfortable, and really quiet, no street noise at all. Nothing to complain about. And the host was responsive and friendly.

Perfect location!

We spent a month here and having lived in Boston for a few years before, I can say without a doubt this was an ideal location. While you're downtown, the noise of the city is absent in this nook of the financial district. Check-in/out was a breeze. Dave's communication throughout the process from booking to departure was great. He was always available but 100% respectful of your privacy. They layout of the studio made it feel extremely spacious. Everything you could need for an extended stay was there. Rose at the front desk was wonderful and adds to the security of the building as well as the wonderful hospitality. Wifi could have been a bit stronger, but we're working remotely, so that's probably more of a factor for us than others. The only real issue we had, and this falls on the building HOA, not the owner Dave, was that the heat for the building was turned off in anticipation of a warmer May. Unfortunately, as Boston weather can do, May was nowhere near warm, making for a cold apartment most of the month. April had some warmer days so I can understand the thought process behind the decision, but after a number of days in the 40s you would have thought they'd have turned it back on. Luckily, Dave had extra blankets available. Overall, we loved the place and would stay there again.

Great Boston Condo -Business or Personal Travel

What a great Boston Condo! This studio unit centrally located in the Financial District and is in a great location to do it all, from business to tourist attractions. Accessible to the T, Uber taxis and zip cars. Parking is available for your personsl car. I highly recommend this safe, very quiet, clean and comfortably furnished unit

Best Stay Ever!

Spent 6 weeks here and it is the best decision to stay in this apartment while in Boston 1) Owners: Dave and his wife are extremely friendly, always a phone call away if you need anything, gives you the privacy you need and will not disturb your stay at all. Was ready to orientate me to the places around the apartment and welcomed me with open arms on the day of my arrival. Check-out was not a hassle at all. Payment was done prior to the trip and no hassle at all. 2) Location: Right in the middle of a prime location near many tourists attractions that you can visit over the weekends, and yet quiet neighbourhood that wouldn't disturb your night. Many food options + supermarkets + groceries shops around. Short walk and easily accessible to the train, the harbor AND the airport. If you need nightlife, there are plenty of pubs and bars around the area which opens till late at night. 3) Apartment: Well furnished apartment with EVERYTHING you will need from your own washer, dryer, ironing, additional towels, showering necessities, cooking necessities, well equipped kitchen with all the utensils and crockery that you think of for both cooking and baking, large fridge to store all your groceries, high speed wifi, cable TV, and a friendly concierge, Rose, who's always ready to help if you need to. Built in dishwasher to do the dishes, had a microwave, oven for baking and 4 stoves for cooking which was MORE than enough. Had a queen sized bed that can easily fit 2-3 people and a sofa couch that can fit another 1 person with plenty of additional pillows and blankets. A lot of walking space with a large wardrobe to hang your clothing in. Plenty of privacy if you need it with inbuilt blinds that can be operated with a simple remote. Toilet was perfect with a lot of space and a huge bathtub. The pictures shown here do not do the apartment justice because it is A LOT better than you can imagined it to be. 4) Cost: Definitely worth it given the amenities, location as well as the extent of how well equipped it was. 5) Security: Extremely safe at night to walk around on the streets, and the apartment and building both requires keys to enter in, making it very safe. If you do any online deliveries to the apartment, it will be safely kept in the mail area on Level 1 and Dave will very promptly inform you to collect it as well All in all, definitely a must stay here and will absolutely come back to stay here if I'm back in Boston! It's a home away from home!

A great, cozy condo ...and a super location!

I just spent six weeks here and would heartily recommend it. The place is charming and comfortable and has everything you need. I always felt safe in the building and the area. The owner is very accomodating too. I would return in a flash!

I stayed at this condo for 6 weeks in the summer to get away from the heat in the southern California desert. As a former Massachusetts resident and a retired employee of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, this location is ideal. Less than a block from the Greenway (a beautiful, soothing spot) and near the Boston Harbor Hotel with concerts during the week and outdoor movies on Friday--very soothing after a day of walking to all the nearby tourist spots. Close to the T and Uber service is wonderful. The condo is lovely, spacious and the owner installed special windows to prevent traffic and outside noises from interfering with sleep. The furnishings and appliances are top notch. The dishwasher so quiet I am planning to buy the same model for my own home. In a building between a restaurant and a wine shop, and surrounded by several restaurants, the location is ideal. Hope I can stay again next summer.

As close to home as you can get

I'm heading into my third month of a long-term assignment in Boston, and have stayed in this lovely little studio every night I'm in town. It's quiet (no tourist traffic), convenient (10 minute walk to North End, seaport, downtown, 15 minutes to the airport by subway), clean, has a spacious bathroom, closet, clothes cabinet, and a full kitchen. Oh, and did I mention the washer and dryer? Oh, and did I mention the restaurants all around, the immediate attention of the owner for any issue, the quality sheets and towels? You can't have it yet, but when my assignment's over, stay here.

Self Employed in Plymouth Ma. Went to school in Boston, met my wife there so made sense to have our vacation home there. We use this for weekends in the city when its not rented. We love this location.

Why they chose this property

Always wanted a place in the city. The loft feel was important to us. High exposed beam ceilings, brick walls made this a great choice for us.

What makes this property unique

Location, Location, Location. And Concierge building. Marriott owns ten units in the building that they use for their own use and as short term rentals. Just a great spot.
