Apt. OSTSEEWOGE - Cozy living just 500 meters from the natural beach
Beautiful apartment on the 3rd floor. The cozy living area with sofa bed (suitable for 1 person) has a TV/HiFi, CD/DVD player, electric. Fireplace and balcony with garden furniture. From here you look at the sea. The open fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. A dining table and chairs are integrated into the kitchen area. Bathroom with shower/toilet. In the attic there is the bedroom with a double bed at a comfortable height for 2 people with a TV and numerous books (accessible via a narrow, steep staircase). The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
A travel cot and high chair can be rented for an additional charge.
Parking space at the house.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer available in the house for a fee. The FIP has a children's play area and table tennis table. Approx. 400 m to the natural beach.
No pets! Non smoking apartment!!!

Wir haben die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine gleich am ersten Tag umtauschen können, bzw. stand sie schon in unserer Wohnung , als wir heimkamen. So mussten wir nicht zweimal Kaffee kochen beim Frühstück, Danke dafür. Alles andere war nach unseren Vorstellungen, die ja im Netz zusehen sind. Die Baustelle hat uns nicht gestört. Wir waren ja tagsüber unterwegs.
Es war bis jetzt unsere schönste Wohnung nach Seeadler und Poeler Haihappen. Nächstes Jahr möchten wir gerne wieder kommen.

Es hat uns im Prinzip sehr gut gefallen. Der Eigentümer der Immobilie hat an vieles gedacht, chapeau! Die 55 Stufen ohne die Möglichkeit eines Fahrstuhls waren insbesondere mit Gepäck, eine Herausforderung. Auch das Fehlen einer Internet Versorgung ist nicht zeitgemäß. Davon abgesehen alles in Ordnung, der nicht übermäßig von anderen genutzte Strand und die Schmugglerbar waren super und sprechen für eine Wiederkehr.

Die Couch war total unbequem. Die Spartreppe ins Schlafzimmer war nur etwas für junge und sportliche Leute. Einzig die Küche wae okay. Der Hof und der Treppenaufgang total ungepflegt.

Der Natur Strand hat seine Eigenheiten aber die Sandbänke entschädigen dann alles.. Besonders gerne waren wir an der Schmuggler Bude zu Gast..

Von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe am Ort, hat alles gut funktioniert. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, mit allen Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die steile Treppe zum Schlafbereich, von der wir wussten, erwies sich für uns, doch schwieriger als wir vorher angenommen hatten. Was uns aufgefallen ist, dass auf Sauberkeit im Treppenhaus und Aussenbereich wenig geachtet wird.
Ansonsten hatten wir, wie schon viele Male zuvor, einen schönen Urlaub auf der Insel Poel, bis zum Abbruch wegen akuter Erkrankung.
