Apt. Strandschnecke - Dream apartment with partial harbor views!
This luxury holiday apartment over 2 levels with approx. 75 m² on the 1st floor (with elevator) in the "Südwester" house impresses with its furnishings and great location right on the Timmendorf harbor.
A beautiful living room with an open kitchen, visually separated from the living room, with dining area, sofa bed and a balcony that faces the harbor and a guest toilet await you on the first level!
Two spacious bedrooms in the attic, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower allow up to 6 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Enjoy walks on the beach and the fantastic view of the port of Timmendorf and the Baltic Sea, you can't live any closer to the sea!
There is a parking space for your car directly at the house.
A high chair and a travel cot are available for our little guests.
In the communal cellar of the house (access from outside, accessible via stairs) you will find coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers, as well as a communal bicycle cellar for your bicycles.
WiFi is available free of charge.
Non-smoking apartment, pets allowed!
