Bright living room with adjoining terrace where you can enjoy the sun in summer. In the living room there is also the well-equipped, open kitchen (dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator), a dining area and a comfortable (sleeping) sofa for 1 additional person. The bedroom has a double bed and a large closet. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

Free WiFi is also available.

There is a small playground on the neighboring property.

Da wir nicht zum ersten mal hier waren, kannten wir die Gegebenheiten.und waren wieder zufrieden

Zum Mitobjekt gab es nichts negatives. Was uns sehr missfallen hat war der morastige Strand. Dadurch mussten wir uns immer auf den Weg zum Schwarzen Busch machen 😩

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, was primär daran lag, dass die Bettdecke etc. gut sauber waren und nicht unangenehm gerochen haben. DANKE DAFÜR! Staub und tote Insekten waren auch diesmal in der Wohnung, das stört mich persönlich aber nicht sonderlich. Einen neuen(!) Staubsaugerbeutel im vorhandenem Gerät würde ich mir sehr wünschen sowie eine Fußmatte im Bad, damit man trockenen Fußes aus der Dusche raus kann. Ansonsten buche ich sehr gerne wieder über den PAS. Vielen Dank, es war schön und wie immer zu kurz!

Katastrophe vor dem Herrn

Weg vom Parkplatz zum Apartment sehr weit, keine Transportmöglichkeiten vorhanden da wir Senioren um die 70 sind. Spartanische Einrichtung der Unterkunft welche sehr Abgewohnt ist. Von Sauberkeit keine spür. Stühle und Sofa abgewohnt, durchgesessen und verdreckt. Küche inkl. Spülmaschine(sehr Geruchs intensiv) musste vor gebrauch erst gereinigt werden. Vorhandener Staubsauger war bis zum Rand voll und hat aus dem Schrank extrem gerochen. Terrassentüre viel mir beim öffnen entgegen, auf nachfrage wurde mir gesagt das ich einfach mal meinen Fuß benutzen sollte. Keine Erklärung der Elektrischen Heizungen welche entweder nur Aus oder auf Voll funktionierten. Durchlauferhitzen und TV musste man sich auch erst einmal mit auseinander setzen. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Keine Uhr in der Unterkunft. In der Küche fehlte es an allen Ecken nicht einmal ein Messer zum Kartoffelschälen vorhanden welches erst von uns gekauft werden musste. Der Klodeckel war lose. Die Lampe im Bad am Spiegel konnte man nur anschalten indem man mit einem langen Schuhlöffel den viel zu hoch angebrachten Schalter betätigte. Lattenrost Fenster Seite defekt. Lampe im Außenbereich defekt so das man Abends mehr tastet als sehen konnte. Für den Notfall nur Telefonnummer, keine Adresse. Telefon nicht vorhanden.

Kurzurlaub

Leider riecht dieses Appartment sehr streng nach nassem Hund, was uns leider sehr störte und leider auch kein Sauberkeitsgefühl vermittelte. Zudem sind die Betten sehr durchgelegen und die Wohnung weist einige verkratze Spuren auf. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist vollkommemn ausreichend. Hervorzuheben ist das nette Empfangspersonal was immer freundlich und zuvorkommend ist.
