There was rust in the bathroom sink and the location was horrible. The neighbor's home were dirty and not well kept, you could smell drug use and see several people leaving with bottles of alcohol 3 doors down. When I asked for a refund after immediately not returning, the client did not help at all. It's a shame they made a profit by ruining our visit to Philadelphia. I would not get this place

As you mentioned, some of the concerns involved external factors that were outside of our control, including the neighbors located several doors down from the property. Despite our strict no-refund policy, we offered you a refund in good faith as a courtesy. We also explained the refund process and how you could retrieve the funds, but you ultimately declined to accept the refund. We take our guests’ experiences seriously and always do our best to address concerns when they arise.
