Das Angebot macht einen hervorragenden Eindruck. Mängel haben wir aufgelistet, liegen dem Verwalter vor und waren z.T. bekannt. Schade! Eine tolle Wohnung. 2017 wurde um Verständnis gebeten für den Baulärm gegenüber. Uns war nicht bewußt, dass nach 3! Jahren der Stand noch so ist. Das sollte aktualisiert werden.

Liebloses Anlageobjekt

Wir waren enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Der Baustellenlärm weckte uns täglich um 6.00 Uhr morgens hielt dafür aber bis 18.00 Uhr an. Ein Ende der Bauarbeiten, die wirklich direkt neben der Wohnung sind, ist nicht in Sicht. Dort werden 150 neue Appartements gebaut. Die Wohnung ist von drei Seiten einsehbar: von der Promanade, von der Straße an der Seite und dann grenzt die Nachbarterrasse direkt an den Essbereich, von dem aus man den Blick in eine weitere Wohnung hat und umgekehrt. Die Plissees im großen Schlafzimmer waren reichlich durchlöchert, das Sofa im Wohnzimmer in keiner Position bequem, dafür die Armlehne abgerissen. Im mittleren Schlafzimmer fiel der Nachtschrank beim Angucken auseinander, gleiches tat der Schrank im großen Bad. Der DVD-Spieler war nicht in der Lage eine DVD abzuspielen, hängte sich immer wieder auf. Der Teppich im großen Schlafzimmer ist ziemlich fleckig. Der Staubsauger lagerte im kleinen Schlafzimmer im Schrank neben Bettzeug, nicht so hygienisch. Dafür mit randvollem Behälter, der Filter voller Haare. In den Badezimmern keine Haken neben den Duschen, so dass man zur Türklinke hangeln muss, um ein Handtuch loszuwerden. Im Eingangsbereich fehlt eine Fußmatte, damit man nicht gleich den Sand in der ganzen Wohnung hat. Die Garderobe verdient ihren Namen nicht. Keine Haken vorhanden. Mit Kleiderbügeln können zwei Jacken darin hängen. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass wir dazu beigetragen haben, dass sich eine Vermögensanlage rentiert. Das beeinträchtigte das Urlaubsgefühl erheblich.

Schöne FeWo

Sehr schöne FeWo. Sehr gute Lage. Tiefgarage perfekt. Einige Sachen könnten mal wieder erneuert werden. Kein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse. Kamin ging nicht. Es stört die Baustelle des Appartementhauses (Montag bis Samstag 6-19 Uhr)

Tolles Appartment

Alles bestens, nur ging der Gaskamin leider erneut nicht, eine Mangelbeseitigung erfolgte trotz schneller Meldung nicht.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super, direkt am Strand. Wir würden die Wohnung bei unserem nächsten Usedom-Urlaub auf jedenfalls wieder buchen.
