The Location
The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the beautiful villa, which was built in the classic seaside resort architectural style, facing northwest. The expansive sandy beach and the promenade are right on your doorstep. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. There are also a variety of recreational activities available, such as the OstseeTherme, tennis courts, and the sailing, surfing, and kitesurfing school. The popular Heringsdorf pier, with its shops, restaurants, and shell museum, is within easy walking distance.


Amenities This non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi, a radio, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, espresso machine (De’Longhi), toaster, electric kettle, and milk frother. It also has a ceramic cooktop with an oven and a microwave. The bedroom has a double bed; from here, you can access the second bedroom, which has a single bed and a fold-down bed. The living area features a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, games, and books, as well as an electric fireplace.
