Welcome to Copper Kettle Farm by AvantStay, a newly renovated farmhouse retreat set across 52 sweeping acres in southern Berkshire County. Designed for restorative escapes and joyful gatherings, this charming home blends Colonial-era character with fresh, modern comforts—creating a space that feels both timeless and thoughtfully updated.

Inside, the farmhouse opens into bright, inviting living spaces made for connection. A brand-new kitchen anchors the home, fully stocked and outfitted with new appliances, perfect for shared meals and lingering conversations. Multiple gathering areas allow groups to spread out with ease, including a quiet play space for children and a cozy living room with a sofa and doors that fully close—ideal as an additional private sleeping or lounging area. Step outside, and the landscape truly steals the show. Rolling farmland stretches toward the Appalachian Mountains, creating a serene backdrop for morning coffee or golden-hour gatherings. The home is especially well-suited for visits to local private schools—including Berkshire, Hotchkiss, and Salisbury, all within 20 minutes—and for winter escapes to Catamount and Butternut ski areas.
