"About Us": Until 2016, an old barn stood on this site, which was part of the adjacent parish rectory (now a youth hostel). In 2016, the property was acquired on a hereditary lease from the Archdiocese of Munich-Freising by the two sisters Barbara Hurnaus and Uschi Erl. In 2021, the “Lorenz Totnan Seehuber Foundation” was established, and both buildings were transferred to the foundation’s assets. Our vision is to preserve this idyllic location with its surrounding area (village green, sledding hill, etc.) in the immediate vicinity of the small Loreto Church and to create accommodation for families, children, and young people. The foundation is self-sustaining through rental income.
Our holiday rental is located in a house built in 2018. It is fully equipped with underfloor heating; the windows and patio doors feature exterior roller shades and mosquito screens. It accommodates 3–4 people, and a cot and high chair can be provided. The total area is 48 square metres, featuring a large living room (with a pull-out couch), a bedroom with a double bed, and a smaller room with a bunk bed. The living area features a modern kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven and microwave, a two-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and tea towels. The bathroom has natural light. Of course, bed linens and towels are included in the price. TV, free Wi-Fi, and a carport are also provided. The apartment has a balcony with a wonderful mountain view and a seating area.
