Dear Holidaymakers!

Our holiday rental is located right on the edge of the forest in a mixed-use residential and commercial area in beautiful Bad Tölz.

Ideally situated for holidaymakers who enjoy walking or biking, you can reach the Isar River or the Isar Reservoir in about 5 to 10 minutes through the nearby forest. The city centre area, with its numerous cafes, restaurants, shopping options, organic supermarkets, regular supermarkets, and bakeries—as well as everything else you might need—is about a 20-minute walk away or a convenient 5-minute drive. The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away.

Our apartment is approximately 70 square metres in size, located on the ground floor of the building, and features a 30-square-meter living and dining area, a separate bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a large balcony on the south side of the building. It is comfortably furnished and ideal for 2 to 4 people. The bedroom features a double bed that is 1.80 m wide. A third and fourth sleeping option—a sleeper chair and a sofa bed—are located in the living area. A cot can be provided for you in the bedroom upon request. There are televisions in both the living and sleeping areas.

The apartment offers a wide range of amenities and was partially renovated by us in 2022. A parking space for your car is available right next to the house.

We’d be happy to provide you with plenty of tips and suggestions for excursions in the surrounding area. You’ll also receive your guest cards directly from us upon arrival.
