Ground Unit in the Perfect area off the Green Belt across from Stone Creek Golf Course. Large Front and Back Patio. Open floor plan with Large master bedroom with walk-in master shower. Second bedroom with a full bath just a few steps away. This unit is 3 doors down from the pool. Its a very quiet small community so coffee in the morning and dinners at night outside are very enjoyable!


Close to a ton of restaurants, shopping, hiking, biking, walking, the 51 etc. Covered parking directly in front of the condo and additional parking is directly behind that.

Close to a bunch of great hiking if you’re wanting to enjoy the outdoors and also the Greenbelt will take you on a great walk over through Stone Creek golf course.
